HoopHer Elite Select is built for elite high school athletes aiming to play at the collegiate level. Our intensive training, structured practices, and competitive game schedule are designed to develop high-level skills, enhance basketball IQ, and prepare players for success.
With a strong focus on college exposure and recruiting, this program provides a platform for athletes to showcase their talent while competing against top competition. HoopHer Elite is the ultimate training ground for players committed to taking their game to the next level.
High-Performance
HoopHer Elite is a high-performance travel program for girls in grades 9-10, and 11-2, designed to elevate individual skills and team performance. Players will refine their game through mandatory weekly skills clinics (1x/week minimum) and enhance their basketball IQ and execution during weekly team practices (1x/week).
Athletes will also have the opportunity to compete against top-level competition in local exhibition games and scrimmages, applying their training in real-game situations. HoopHer Elite is built for dedicated players looking to train, compete, and grow in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Coaching Staff
Coach Jey-son
Coach Jey-son Edwards has dedicated his entire adult life to the world of basketball, amassing over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant. Throughout his remarkable career, he has consistently demonstrated his passion and expertise in coaching and shooting instruction, leaving an indelible mark across North America.
Notably, Jey-son has served as a personal shooting instructor for prestigious OSBA Prep schools like Redmond HS and Bill Crothers HS, as well as several esteemed CCAA institutions, including Capilano University, George Brown College, Seneca College, Loyalist College, and Centennial College. His extensive coaching experience includes roles as a Head coach in the OBA, JUEL, and OSBA leagues, and as an assistant coach for York University in the USport league.
Coach Dévin
Coach Dévin Johnson, brings a distinguished background to our organization. As a former professional basketball player, Mr. Johnson has established himself as a notable figure in basketball, earning recognition and accolades for his outstanding contributions in collegiate and professional arenas.
During his impressive five-season tenure at the University of Toronto, Coach Dévin's athletic prowess and scoring ability set him apart, making him one of only three players in the program's history to amass over 1200 points, totaling an impressive 1237 points. His accomplishments include three-time recognition as an OUA All-Star, further attesting to his exceptional skills and commitment to excellence.
